Our story began during the aftermath of the Great Recession in 2010. When big law firms were downsizing and the U.S. economy was in decline, John Fazzio decided to strike out on his own and build a law firm from the ground up.
In the early goings, the firm set itself apart by going the distance from inception to trial on cases spanning the legal landscape. A trial attorney by nature and a dealmaker at heart, John Fazzio tested his mettle against seasoned litigators and teams of transactional attorneys. As it turned out, hard work, grit, guts and determination are what gets a case or transaction to the finish line. Results don’t depend on the size or pedigree of a law firm or on how high its billable rates. Instead, success or failure turns on what is in the heart of the lawyer and the culture of the law firm. Fazzio Law Offices developed its culture early based on backbone and courage. At Fazzio Law Offices we don’t back down from a challenge, no matter the size.

Over the past five years, Fazzio Law Offices has expanded under the leadership of our Chief Operating Officer: Caitlin Grayson, Senior Attorney: John Boulton, Junior Attorney: Anthony Dembia, and Paralegal: Kimberly Protocollo. As was the case a decade ago, when covid-19 struck and sent the economy into a tailspin, Fazzio Law Offices embraced the challenge, held its ground, and grew its clientele through the crisis.
