Caitlin is organized and meticulous and makes sure things are done right. Caitlin is conscientious and can be counted on to always keep her promises. Caitlin is a skilled investigator who loves a puzzle and has an uncanny ability to sniff out the truth and get to the bottom of things before anyone else.

Caitlin is a former college athlete and a cross-fitter who focuses on high intensity interval training. She works hard and plays hard and loves to unwind with a glass of red wine or a spend a Sunday drinking a beer and watching a Giants football game. Caitlin is a new mother to her son, Hunter Grayson, who is her pride and joy.

Caitlin assists with corporate, tax and litigation matters, supervises our team, and acts as a liaison to many of our most important clients.

Before joining Fazzio Law Offices Caitlin worked as a teacher at the Center for Family Resources in Ringwood, NJ. In that role, Caitlin was responsible for aiding students with early childhood development and liaising and collaborating with various state and local agencies. Prior to that, Caitlin interned at Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey, where she worked variously in the Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Unit and Outpatient Cancer Center both assisting healthcare providers with completing charted goals and with minimizing child anxiety of upcoming procedures by instilling a positive attitude in patients (and parents) through rapport and play. Caitlin also had prior experience at several other pediatric care and childhood service institutions.

Caitlin Grayson is our Chief Operating Officer. Caitlin is the captain of our team and a main point of contact to many of our clients. If you have ever called our office, chances are that Caitlin picked-up the phone and put you at ease with her upbeat and disarming personality. But, make no mistake, Caitlin means business.

Caitlin focuses on business litigation, transactional and regulatory matters and manages our paralegals and administrative staff.

Caitlin excels with numbers and loves puzzles. When you have a tricky business problem, Caitlin is an invaluable resource to use as a sounding board. She will crunch the numbers, analyze the options, and get down to business solving the problem. After over 6 years working with complicated business problems, there is hardly an issue that Caitlin has not encountered.

Caitlin’s background allows her to thrive in high stakes situations and to remain calm in an emergency. But, she is also empathetic and understanding and manages conflict with grace and compassion. Caitlin graduated Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family & Child Studies. Today, she is a proud mother of her son, Hunter Joseph Grayson.

In addition to her work with children, Caitlin worked part-time for four years before joining Fazzio Law Offices for Ringwood Regional Fire Protection on general office management tasks, accounts receivable/payable and inventory and purchasing.

At Fazzio Law Offices, Caitlin assists Mr. Fazzio with all aspects of our tax practice and is a resource for clients facing tax problems. She files Powers of Attorney, assembles Collection Information Statements for individuals and businesses, and corresponds with IRS and State representatives about our clients’ tax accounts. Caitlin brings her success mentality and positive attitude to her interactions with federal and state authorities and helps the tax team to fiercely advocate on the client’s behalf.
